Mobile ECU remapping, diagnostics and diesel solutions
KP Tuning provides mobile ECU remapping, vehicle diagnostics, DPF/EGR solutions and AdBlue fixes across Flintshire, Wrexham, Chester, the Wirral and North Wales. Most visits combine more than one service — for example a health check and diagnostics before a remap, or emissions fault finding alongside DPF or AdBlue work.

Bosch MD1 / MG1 Bench Unlocking
Locked MD1CS003 ECUs (2021+ PSA 1.5 BlueHDi) unlocked and custom remapped the same day. Mobile or mail-in.

Prices depend on how easy the ECU is to reach. If it has to come out of the vehicle, sits behind security screws or needs unlocking first, the price can be higher. We always confirm the price before any work starts.
Prices include travel across our standard area: Flintshire, Wrexham, Chester, Rhyl and Prestatyn. Further out, for example the Wirral, Liverpool, Colwyn Bay or Oswestry, add £20. Manchester, Stoke-on-Trent, Telford and Snowdonia add £40. Anglesey and the Llŷn Peninsula are quoted separately.
Emissions-related work is carried out under our terms and conditions.
